Tp have the Eagle Creek Board of Governor’s Stop all Capital work on the Eagle Creek Country Clubhouse for Two years.

Use the reserve money to pay off all resigned members equity monies.

This action is to prevent a Class Action Suite against Eagle Golf and Country Club for refunds.

This will also eliminate  an assessment of $2,000.00.per member to settle suite.

Set up a reserve account for immediate refund for future resined members
