This insurance CVS CAREMARK is known to only allow/pay for three (3) months of medication at a time (not allowing for weekly or monthLy amounts.
This may be detrimental to the safety of some patients who may have poor judgment/insight to care. Please allow health care providers (not insurance companies) to determine the appropriate amount of medication to be administered to a given patient.
