Virtual Graduations are being implemented here in Southern  Maryland.  Many families and loved ones are outraged and beyond upset.  This opportunity only presents itself once in a lifetime.

We as parents and them as students have waited and worked hard for many years to see this day. The Seniors here in our county have traditions they have followed for years. Memories that were to be made that are now not even cut short  but crushed & broken. The Seniors are saying "Virtual...Why bother"

ALL students need to be and should be recognized with a Ceremonial Commencement. Postpone or walk with MASKS ON!  Why is it not an option?  Virtual anything is a smack in the face. These students have missed their Prom, Eighteen  birthday party gatherings, and now GRADUATION!

Miltary is continuing with their scaled down graduations so why cant the students? I strongly  encourage we should continue with restrictions just as the Military and provide students a real graduation and or postponement to a later date. We want to give the the Class of 2020 what they ALL deserve in continuing with a TRADITIONAL GRADUATION CEREMONY
