There is a CSX train track behind my house. The train comes atleast 3 to 4 times a day. The noise is so bad that it shakes the house. The horn is so low its enough to almost give you a heart attack. The train  track is about 20 feet from my property line. This is a very close community and effects Sudvale, Ralston, and Sudbrook communities. This is also effecting wild life that they are going on the tracks as well, which causes the trains to use their horns all hours in the day and night which effects the people trying to live a quiet life. I am trying to get this neighborhood sound barrier wall to stop the noise so we can live a healthy and peaceful life without commotion.
