Victims deserve to be heard. To be believed, and their abuser? They deserve to be punished.  Frederick high has failed at that, they let an abuser walk in their halls. They let an accused sexual assaulter and rapist attend their campus. Even having the victim have class with the perpetrator. When school administrators know, they reported it. For all to be done is have them switch classes and an empty promise be made. Who is the school really protecting? The students? Girls? Or a male student who has been accused of inappropriate behavior. Had the school done their job properly they could have prevent another’s assault. My assault. This is a school, and a criminal justice issue. Why was it not properly reported? And do schools not check their student records? An accusation of rape from months ago and no one raises an eyebrow? He and the school need to be held responsible. This is your student, happened on YOUR campus. How many others like him, like them, have their been? How many abusers have you let get away with it and you escalate? How many of your students have you failed astronomically. It’s not just you Fredrick high, it’s all the schools. Protecting yourselves and your image, instead of children. You were supposed to hold him responsible, but who is going to hold you responsible.
