Get Hogan to Allocate Funds to the BSO

I'm a junior at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and as a Humanities student and scholar, I know how much the arts can change and impact and shape a community such as ours, in Baltimore. Our beautiful orchestra, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra is an incredible addition to Baltimore, but unfortunately, due to significant loss of patronage over the past decade, they've had to cancel the summer performances. This is a devastating loss to both the community and also the people who work for the BSO, especially the musicians. Governor Larry Hogan has the ability to allocate the 3.2 million dollars that were set to be allocated in two years in order to give the BSO a leg up. However, he's chosen not to for the time being. I think that decision is the wrong decision. Help me show Larry Hogan that the people of our community care about the arts and the people who create it.
