Laois has a big number of dogs , which would hugely benefit from an enclosed dog park , where they can socialise safely , it would also reduce the amount of dog waste on our streets.
Many elderly dog owners and people with disabilities cannot walk their dogs alone for long distances and a dog park would be ideal for those.
