Stop the Leonard Hospital Project

A Tax Exempt Project is being proposed for the old Leonard Hospital Property. This has the potential of adding up to 100 additional students to the School District which will increase operating expenses and as such will increase your School Taxes. This is a proposed Low Income development that would house up to 80 service dependent families that statistically require heavy police and paramedic presence increasing public safety costs and as such would increase your property taxes. This project not only impacts Troy residents with added Property Taxes, but also Pleasantdale residents as they are School District Taxpayers. By signing this petition your voice will be presented to the Troy City Council at the upcoming Finance Meeting. Protect your neighborhood investment and demand a stop to this proposed project.
