We also know that where ecosystems have declined in diversity, restoration takes active intervention. That is why now is time for landscape architecture to address gender parity in the profession through a conscientious, courageous, and active declaration of change.  We hope you join us, the authors, in affirming yourself and your firm to the commitments of the Women’s Landscape Equality (re)Solution by:  Signing the (re)Solution here;  Sharing your commitment to the (re)Solution by posting it on your firm’s website and on social media with the hashtag #landscapeequalitysolution and other relevant hashtags;   Reviewing your firm’s policies and salaries for opportunities to make positive change right away; and  Engaging in conversations with your colleagues on how to more actively enlist women and minorities into your firm’s work, culture and leadership.
