I've lived in this house since December 2010 and in 2019 it was bought by an individual he refuses to fix anything. The most resent issues with the house is my fuse box caught on fire and now I don't have any hot water to take showers or do any type of cleaning. This house is making my family very sick. We do not have a working commode in our house no faucets in the house. This state is extremely a landlord friendly state and the buddy system here.
