Petition demanding landlord of 2800 Bruckner Blvd stop all work and present plans to CB10

It was recently brought to the community's attention that tenants at the 2800 Bruckner Blvd office space were being evicted on short notice. Additionally, it has been confirmed that there have been beds and furniture moved into the building as if there is an intention to house people, even though the building does not have any proper permits to house people. Additionally, there appears to be a substance abuse rehabilitation program recruiting staff to work out of this building.

Regrettably, there has been no notice or engagement with the community on what may be sited here, and shamefully, the landlord, developer, and incoming tenants have not been responsive to anyone at this point.

Our community will not accept tenants or programming at this site that will negatively burden our neighborhood, but first we need answers on exactly what is going on at 2800 Bruckner Blvd

We call on the landlord and developer to STOP ALL WORK and present their plans to the Community Board this week BEFORE any further steps are taken!

Sign our petition now demanding answers from the landlord and developers at 2800 Bruckner Blvd!
