We the refugees living in various camps in Brandenburg have come to undersign this Petition based on the practical facts that Covid-19 has exposed refugees to tremendous danger as we withnessed in the  Heims in Potsdam, Hennigsdorf, Wünsdorf, Doberlug-Kirschain and many other Heims in Brandenburg. Very little spaces give us no chance to protect ourselves- we are actually living in a death trap.

Measures of protection given to the civil society cannot apply to refugees living in extreme difficult Camps. Social distance is impossible, sharing of toilets and kitchens- (in some cases 50 people for 1 toilet). The pandemic has clearly shown that the entire system of keeping refugees in camps is not good for the society.

Moreover, we the refugees in Brandenburg, suffer from numerous problems; long stay in the Camps, deportation, no German classes, no working permit, difficult living  and legal conditions for women and children etc etc.

Based on all of these, we think that if we are really considered as human beings, ALL HEIMS SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!

We need normal apartments, so that we can have humane living conditions and integration can be possible.

We ask the administrative districts to build more social housings.
