Some talk about having regulations. But thet is, we have them. But how many are following? If all the PMD sellers tally all their sales and if LTA release their numbers, how many PMDs are registered? I will bet it's less than 20%. That's the first issue.

2nd issue, how many truly travel below 10km/h on footpaths? Many can easily overtake a jogger running on footpaths. 10km/h??? Mai bluff people leh.

3rd issue, If accidents happen, who compensate the injured ones and whose houses got burned? Not many come forward to even do this little bit part of yours.

4th issue, according to the law, regardless of PMD or bicycle, when crossing the road, you have to slow down and keep a lookout. How many follow? I see many simply just go across without even checking if there are vehicles making a turn. If they get knocked down, it becomes the driver's fault, or if a pedestrian gets knocked down, it's none of their business...
