KEN COOPWOOD started this petition to Innocence Project at Western Michigan University and

The incarceration of Robert Parks leaves three children without their father. It furthers the wrath of malicious judgment in our criminal systems and leaves our community with fewer good citizens. When people stand up for justice, government systems are forced into self-reflection and into reform that could save countless families from undue despair, elongated separation, and generational ruin.  Even when people like Robert display trust in our system, they can be treated as if they were hunted down, wrestled into custody, and thrown to the courts for premedicated conviction. The greater community for justice reform needs to strengthen its band against the historical assault against people who find themselves overwhelmed by the facets of corruptive processes.

We ask for signatures in support of the release of Robert Parks and in support of organizations such as the Innocence Project, which leads the fight for reunification of families with wrongfully incarcerated loved ones.
