In the face of major changes in the benefit system Lancashire County is proposing to privatise its very successful and efficient Welfare Rights Advisory Service. This process will put at risk the many people who will be affected by the the changes in the benefit system. It will allow a private company, BT who own 60% of One Connect, to make profits from helping the poorest and most desperate in our society which is simply wrong.

Letter to
Leader of the Council Lancashire County Council
Chief Executive, BT Warren Buckley
Not to transfer their Welfare Rights Advisory service to a private company.
