• The London Borough of Lambeth, want to build bike sheds in our Community Allotment Space which is currently in use by Tenant's & Resident's of all ages.

We grow fruit and vegetables and flowers. We have hosted community 'dig and plant' events.

The local children's Forest School uses this invaluable space for educational purposes. The children love pottering around and learning about nature.

We use this space as a conservation area which encourages bees and other wildlife.

Tenant's and Resident's enjoy socialising through gardening activities which is a great way to get to know each other.

This space is funded by our Tenant's and Resident's Association and individuals alike.

We are not against bike sheds, we simply do not want them in this particular space. The community has ample room in other areas to house bike sheds.
