Refurbish the Angell Town football pitch

Here in South London, many areas are deprived of a safe and sustainable place to play football. We are campaigning to change this.
In Angell Town, Brixton, the current football facilities are riddled with tarmac holes, broken fences and rock solid concrete. I am now 21 but having lived here for most of my life I grew up with poor facilities and was forced to make the best out of it. I want to change this for the younger generation in my community.
As part of Football Beyond Borders, a local charity, I helped set up a project that uses football to bring together young people from different areas in South London. Football is a powerful unifying force but young people shouldn't have to travel long distances or pay a lot of money just to play the sport they love.
The council have attempted to repair the pitch countless times but it has never withstood the test of time. Poor quality work and temporary makeshift repairs are inefficient and don't solve the issue.
We need a durable all-weather 3G surface that everyone in the community can play on safely.
