The following members of Lakewood Cove HOA request a special meeting to discuss the recall of Nicki Taylor's position on the board and vote for a new HOA president. The failure to manage the HOA by current board president expressed by lack of transparency of funds, communication issues, significant delays in preparing the property statements for title companies and negligence of enforcing the restrictions defined by bylaws results in community tension and deterioration of the neighborhood.
