We have been stripped of the privilege of having a DJ at our temple, due to the number of fights on Friday nights.

Lakers Tavern brings people together after a hard week and allows us to have a good time. They have taken all of that away by taking the life of the party, the music and the good vibes away. Lakers was and is still known far and wide as a place that puts Thornlie on the map. 

They believe that taking away the DJ will minimise the fights. But this is just not true, there will be fights regardless. By taking away the DJ they taken away a very important aspect of our week, the renowned Friday night at Lakers.

As the people of Thornlie and neighbouring suburbs, we must not let them take away our fun and our freedom. So please stand with me by signing and sharing this petition and bringing back the DJ and the life of Friday nights at Lakers
