accumulated vacation/personal or sick pay.
They both resigned - They don't get to stay on the payroll past their resignation dates. According to their signed contracts, they must each provide notice, both failed to provide proper notice, therefore violating the terms of their contracts.
Lyons, based on his signed contract, Lyons owes Lakeland $20,000 for resigning, without a 6 month notice, therefore violating his contractual obligation.
Rappleyea contract is not available on seethroughny, my guess he probably owes Lakeland also.
We owe nothing to Lyons or Rappleyea. Our BOE must not make any type of separation agreement that requires any further payments PERIOD.
Lyons and Rappleyea can take us to court, if they think they are entitled to any type of payment. According to Lyons' contractual requirement, he is required to pay Lakeland $20,000.
We need full disclosure, as to what occurred for both of these Administrators' sudden departures. Immediately.
