Our HOA is dying from the inside. Under Jeffery Sopsons rule there have been many unauthorized changes to our covenants, as well as favoritism, and personal attacks against the home owners.

Most recently Sopson was upset that a few HOA members, in good standing, were organizing a benefit for a home owner whose home was destroyed in a major fire. He went on to attack the community members about their intentions of the event and even attack the wife of one of the home owners becuase her and her son are African American and the husband is White.

Latasha Johnson Caldwell Jeffery Sopson He doesn't pay rent. He's my man. It's a little personal but I will share with you that we share ownership and expenses of many of our assets. I make sure that the homeowners dues are always paid every December. We're paid up and in good standing.

Let us come together and remove this cancer from OUR neighborhood. We do not need this negativity in our lives and we need to be one organization. This is not the first time that owners have been attacked and its time for it to end.
