To stop the fly-tipping at Woodley Arms

The Woodley Arms site has been derelict for a long time and has become a haven for fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour. The land is owned by Lainston Securities and they have left the site to rot ahead of redevelopment.
As your local Labour councillors, we have worked with local residents to try and see the site cleaned up but our hands are tied by the law as the land is private.
We have finally managed to get the owners to put up a secure fence to stop fly-tipping but we don't want them to rest on their laurels. We are calling on Lainston securities to manage the site properly, clear the fly-tipping and aide the council in seeking enforcement against offenders.
