During the Covid-19 Pandemic the Employees from various organization have realised that their work can be done from remote location rather from their home town. More than 60% employees wants to continue Work From Home even after the pandemic or at least 1 to 2 days per week at office as usual. No one wants to spend 3-4 hours everyday for journey to office in traffic.

The mental health is also been improved during this pandemic as the employees giving their valuable free time to their families, not to that traffic anymore and hence, the world is getting less polluted as well. By remote working employees are doing their work with more productivity (survey says, the productivity has been increased by 10% during this pandemic and work from home). The employees have the time to do exercises and better maintenance of their work-life balance, they have that flexibility in terms of time and location, which must be retained in our life so far. 

We, the employees whose work can be done remotely demands a law which will allow us to work from home for a long run. 

We hope, together with everyone's co-operation we can change the thoughts as a law for our future endeavor.
