LA county sheriffs were ordered to quarantine 14 days, although not sick, for possible corona virus exposure. The county has decided not to pay them. This is outrageous. By staying home they were following orders and serving the community. Most officers do their job diligently and faithfully and should not suffer economic hardship for following lawful orders. .........
   People talk about the real heroes, except when it is time to pay them. Officers are just like you and me, they have families to feed, rent or mortgages are due and they need your support to protect you.............................

Please let the county know that this is unacceptable.   This is not the time for penny pinching or frugality. We are in the mist of a national emergency........................::::::::::::
