The Soviet Medal Department is in charge of awarding people their deserved medals. There were around 100 medals and 20 badges when the SMD closed. So no medals are awarded now. Since I have been a part of the SMD, I was disappointed by the ParadisTime's decision. However, I do understand him now. Back in time, the Soviet  Union high command was unresponsive. So when it came to SMD changed, the HC just refused to implement the suggestions given by the SMD leader. That is why the leader has closed it. That was a pity for most of the TSU members. If you wish to bring back the medal department, then sign this petition. It's really important for ParadisTime, as he says that he'll re-open the medal department if community wants it.
