We the undersigning interested and affected residents of the surrounding community against the ongoing crisis of Land Invasion on Municipal Land (Portion 1 of Erf 3127) happening in Signal Hill/Napierville/Peacevalley 3 in Ward 26 urge for immediate intervention from the Kwazulu Natal Provincial Legislature. We urge for an investigation into the alleged involvement of State Officials from the Municipality, the SAPS and other departments of the State. We urge for the current Court Order to be enforced accordingly, and for those in contravention of the order to be dealt with accordingly. We humbly request your urgent attention and intervention.
