Yes, is a very, very good idea. He is a sweet dog, students can learn all about how a dog can make their days better.

Congrats kids on your kindness and caring shown to Rocko, concern for his outcome and compassion to want to welcome him back. Thanks for seeing Rocko as just a dog, not a stereotype. I hope he is able to come back. Bless y'all!

Although I don't live in Cordova I'm from the UK I do have a dog. I'm so touched after watching the video of Roco and how he got help that I feel it would be good for the students to see him again, this time with his mum or dad just so they can see how much our pets mean to us and encourage them to do the right thing if they come across strays or in Rocos case escapees lol, all animals are precious and the fact that these students understand that and want to invite him to join them is really heartwarming 

The principal would be wise to allow Rocko to attend the rally. The love the young have for animals reflects much compassion and should be nurtured.

As a pittie owner I applaud these kids for acting more mature about this type of dog than most adults. Yes, he should be able to go visit his friends at school.
