KVS has set the admission criteria for Std 1st as 6+ years as on 31st March 2022. This sudden & baseless rule will ruined and will amount to loss of 1 complete year of students. They say the rule is as per NEP 2020. However, nowhere NEP has this rule explicitly specified. This needs to be changed to the way it was always i.e. Eligibility Criteria for Std 1st as 5+ years. The DHC justice Rekha Palli ensured to waste the entire month by giving multiple dates and being empathetic towards the entire situation. However, at the end passed a very abrupt judgement which denied justice.
