Kutti pi is illegal, where as Supreme Court of India issued directions to crack down all illegal slaughter houses and State Committees for Slaughter Houses constituted then why Enforcement Agencies failed to perform their official duties, we want strong implementation of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Slaughter Houses) Rules,2001, because pregnant animals can't be slaughtered, we endorsed all points raised by Naresh Kadyan, rep. of UN affiliated OIPA in India. Replace toothless animal welfare legislations PCA Act, 1960 and give Enforcement powers to the Animal Welfare Board of India.
Kudos to Shri P. Raghvandra Rao, IAS, Chairman and Naresh Kadyan, Member, State Committee for Slaughter Houses, Haryana for their tireless services for animal welfare, cow progeny be declared as Domestic animals of India, animals can't be transported in goods transport vehicles, offenses against animals be cognizable, non bailable in legal terms, Supreme Court of India verdict be implemented at once, State and District Committee for Slaughter Houses meeting be called fortnightly basis to review the progress.
We congratulate Ch. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, CM of Haryana for banning animal transportation in goods transport vehicle, why AWBI is not implementing the decision of Haryana Government to the rest of India?
