Any person who does harm to their pet, I believe, should have the pet taken away from them, ( given to a suitable charity to rehome in a safe environment ) and also any other pet in the same household should also be rehomed. The owner should then be banned from owning animals altogether. Thankfully the RSPCA have acted and removed 2 cats from his home. Now he should be prosecuted. This is not acceptable behaviour.
