Hello Traders

KuCoin is supposed to be “the people’s exchange”, they have been known for having outages and going down here and there but last night (early morning) of Dec 4th there was large market dip and KuCoin failed many many trades including myself, I lost 2.2 BTC because KuCoin services failed to execute, I had over 1 BTC in my account to back my margin position but KuCoin fed me endless loading screens and wouldn’t let any orders go through or even be canceled, then liquidated everything, I am not a new trader, this is a horrible horrible thing to have to go through and I am not alone, please KuCoin, restore positions that we taken out do to YOUR system being messed up and please let’s figure out how to not do this in the future, many people have been burned that did not deserve it. Thank you
