Mr Tshukudu was disabled and eventually died after being taken to Mexico to offer technical support and training to employees in Mexico by his employer Kromberg Botswana which had issued him the wrong visa. Upon realising that he was in possession of the wrong visa, He was tortured and beaten  by the Mexican authorities for being In possession of a non mexican VISA, A visa which was given to him by his employer Kromberg Botswana. It is upon arrival in Botswana that he was dismissed with little to no compensation. 1.We want a suitable  settlement for the family and his dependants from Kromberg Botswana,as is the practice Internationally. 
2.We want The employee or employees who were responsible for issuing the visa to Mr Tshukudu to be held accountable.
2.We further want the government of Botswana and human rights groups of Botswana such as Ditshwanelo to stop ignoring Mr Tshukudu's case and take Kromberg to task
