We are the customers of the Ottawa IL Kroger #933 and we are asking the powers that be to replace the broken down shopping carts with ones that actually work. The majority of the shopping carts in use at store #933 are in serious need of retirement. Many have broken wheels, baskets and are in various states of disrepair. 

We are asking corporate to show some love to the dedicated customers who shop at Kroger #933. We love our store and the employees who work there.  We don't love the broken down shopping carts.
