KPU: Revise Curriculum for ENTR 4140

Many students in the BBA Entrepreneurial Leadership program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) believe that the coursework and grading criteria for the following course is not relevant to their education:
ENTR 4140: Entrepreneurial Sales and Customer Service
A major component of the curriculum for this course involves raising funds for KPU. Students enrolled in this course are required to find donors (who are willing to support KPU and its students via monetary/charitable donations in the form of scholarships, etc.). Higher funds raised equal a higher grade.
Students think that although raising funds for our school is a great cause, such fundraising should not be enforced upon students as a part of their coursework. Many students are simply unable to pass this course (and hence, graduate) due to a large component of their grade being skewed towards the fundraising aspect of the course.
ENTR students at KPU would hereby like to request the School of Business Faculty and the Dean's Office at KPU to revise the aforementioned course to better represent the ENTR program (perhaps a New Venture Development class or a Startup Lab?) and the needs of the market.
