hanis jasni started this petition to Kolej Mara Seremban

All students have paid a fairly certain amount of fee for use of laundry in college. Issues such as female and male students sharing the same laundry day was never brought up by any student. Many occasions such as ‘mixed up clothes’ or ‘missing clothes’ already existed back when the laundry days are separated between female and male students. Despite the change, the students have adapted to the new change of that. However , the current MAIN issue of this petition is the schedule allocated to students does not make it fair to the amount paid. With this petition aiming to extend the laundry time for students having laundry scheduled on Saturdays, it will ease the lives of students studying and not having to worry washing their laundry with tonnes of other responsibilities held. If this petition is a success, students will not have to be pressured to send in their laundry as early as before nine on a weekend and some may even not have to send it in around midnight the day before. This is unfair as not all students will experience the pressure of having to send it super early as compared to other days which is open until eleven am. It is clearly aware and understood that not all students of College Mara Seremban can relate to this issue as the Saturday laundry schedule is only for female students floor 3 and male students in Engineering course. These specific group of students are assigned for laundry on Wednesdays and Saturdays weekly. If a students misses a Saturday, his/her laundry will be piled up for a week until the next allocated time. Besides extending the laundry time on Saturdays, one suggestion is that a proposal of self-service laundry. This way, it reduces the cost and their work dissatisfaction for employees, and able to save their energy and time for their job at the Coop Mart. I highly ask and beg for your understanding in our situation as students. Thank you.
