Kohls is cancelling credit cards for nonuse, during the COVID pandemic, which has been going on for more that a year now. When they do this, it has a direct affect on your credit score, as a card was cancelled and reported to the various credit bureaus, which in turn drops all your credit scores. Kohls itself, was even closed for 2 to 3 months, near the beginning of COVID, and you cannot even use the changing room to try on clothes, etc. I have tried with numerous phone calls to see if they would be willing to reinstate my card, with no effect. They simply do not care about their customer base! The CDC warns of the dangers of COVID, and tell people only to go out for essentials. Kohls is uncaring, even telling me that they have had numerous calls like mine, and so far have refused to do anything about this policy, even though they are fully aware of the COVID restrictions during the pandemic. Many other businesses are understanding and bending over backwards to appease and keep their customer base, Kohls is heartless, and have no interest in the consequences to YOUR CREDIT SCORE, when they do this.

Please help in telling Kohls, that what they are doing is wrong, and if they do not do something for their customers during this time, people will NOT reapply for new cards, and they will continue to lose revenue.
