Abandoned building corner of Karri Street and Maltarra Road 

Roof is falling down and it isn't blocked off and kids are playing in and around the building.

Air conditioning had been pulled apart and windows smashed and doors wide open 

NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE AND BEING SO CLOSE TO THE SCHOOL

Needs to be blocked off completely with fence and have plans for demolition
