I've been living on 9th street btw B&C for the past 17 yrs.

Their has always been an abandoned building (yrs ago in the 70s & 80s)

I learned that building used 2 be a Jr High/high school.

But nowadays it doesn't serve the neighborhood or the people in the neighborhood any purpose.

From what I understand some people who are now actors/actresses/politicians graduated from that school.

In closing with all the talk about how high the crime rate is at the moment.

That building should be knocked down & something should be built in its place that would benefit the children (younger generation) 

1.  Community Center that offers the community various service's/program

2. Something to keep the kids occupied,

If kids had something 2 do other than committing crimes/assaults maybe then the crime rate would go down
