Kitsap Mental Health Hospital in Bremerton Wa is blocking release of my deceased daughters medical records to her parents and now her mother who is the next of kin and appointed executor to my daughters estate Our beloved Katharine was released on March 7 th 2017 from Kitsap Mental Health Services in a state of psychosis and her parents were not notified to pick her up ! They let her go out of the hospital on Almira Drive without a coat and only the clothes on her back in 40 degree weather and a wind of 15 to 20 knots and pouring rain
Our daughter was not stable on her medications that reduce the symptoms of her schizophrenia  We had a court order to keep her safe and the KMHH did not provide her with any care whatsoever releasing her against the gold bar standards of medical care for a mental health patient 

Our daughter in a psychosis that evening entered the Puget Sound at a high tide of ten feet being swept into the freezing cold powerful waters and drowned Her body was recovered after a missing persons report She washed up in Traceyton on a sand bar !!! Found by a dog walker! No wrongful death attorney can touch this case without her medical records and the hospital is bullying our family and the attorneys who want justice !
