LOCALS AGAINST PLANNING CORRUPTION started this petition to Kirklees Council

Following The Green Party finding serious defects in the "Decision making process" Of Building & planning applications at Kirklees council, Its clear that problems exist & extend far beyond that part of the process.

Serious failures and lack of notice is clearly an issue ON SITE.

Its not enough for the council to take action through the magistrates court against the developer and contractor or applicant for planning breach.

The Council itself has NOT adequately put enough planning notices in place and not in positions where those concerned can see them.

WE BELIEVE THEREFORE THAT THERE IS DEFECTS IN SITE INSPECTION, STRATEGY AND PLANNING OF THE FACILITATION OF THESE APPLICATIONS.

And this amounts to a breach of planning. For the reason that party political bias & Agenda are resulting in an "intent" to fall short of giving what most people would deem "adequate notice" of planning applications on site.

Particularly when it is a new housing build.

This petition focuses on the TINKER LANE PLOT, in LEPTON HD8 0LR

Tinker Ln - Google Maps https://goo.gl/maps/TtpDbKwsj5noDryN9

We The Undersigned believe that Kirklees Council did NOT give what any normal person would deem "adequate on site notice" of the Tinker Lane Building application. And it fell short of what any right thinking person would deem as "adequate notice"   There should have been notice given at the entrance to Tinker Lane, on Pond Lane as well. More than one notice Would have been the minimum requirement at that site.

We believe this problem is evident at many, many other sites. And it ultimately connected to and part of the wider problem within the council, that has been brought to the attention of the public by "The Green party" in the Huddersfield Examiner. And Further more the arrest of certain people in Liverpool in connection with Building and Planning corruption that has also been officially published in the National Press highlights even a National network of these issues being "serious".

We demand action to intervene in the Tinker Lane Plot build due to planning breach and failures by the council that WE DEEM constitutes a "Breach of regulations".
