Suddenlink cut off our service without notice. I have now been on the phone with 4 different representatives. The first said my account was in collections which was wrong bc they auto draft my account. Rep 2 said it was bc we dont have equipment which is wrong bc while we dont have their router, they are our internet provider, Rep 3 couldnt give me an answer and hung up, Rep 4 said we didnt return our previous equipment which is also wrong bc we returned it 2 months ago. They even show the credit on our account.  She said they cant find it. How is that my issue?

I have also heard that they are now foreign owned and several people have said they have done the same to them. Why are we putting up with this?

This is not the first issue I have had with them over the years. But their customer service and service in general is terrible. We need to break up the monopoly in the community so we can have the right to choose our internet provider. 

I will be sending this to the BBB who I have already filed a complaint with. Let's speak up!
