I centre consider the scale of the proposed development to be out of scale with the other buildings on this street, also concerned about the impact on local amenities

I am very concerned about the over-development of the area. The council seem extremely out of touch with residents

I completely agree with the regeneration of Roupell house but this building is far to high and completely intrusive on so many surrounding properties. If it was brought down to the existing height of Dale court or lower I would agree to this project. At the moment I disagree.

There has been far too much development in Kingston and the local council are not listening to local residents.

It doesn’t make sense for these properties to have passed council planning permission.

I live on Willoughby Road, I am a single mother and worried this development will put my son and I at risk and force us to move from the only home my son has known.
Scale and dominance of the property is a big concern - its too high and the new proposal is even higher! It will not only ruin the perspective of our family road, but brings too many people to the area that our facilities and street cannot handle. It needs to be 2 storeys to be in keeping. Having had so many contest for our loft extension to keep in keeping with the road and yet this is being built and will impact all of us.

Parking provision means we will have crowded streets, I already struggle with my street and will be forced to move if this becomes an issue. Regardless of the new residents not having permits for our roads they would be able to take up parking places after 6.30pm every day and Sundays.
We are concerned about the impact both the previous and new proposal of Roupell House will have on the value of our property but also the number of people that will bring to our area.
The new proposal is not acceptable and has not addressed our previous concerns as it is too big and we object to this proposal.
