The whole population of the city of Kingman (including the Airport area) and Golden Valley residents without there own transportation that could benefit from public transportation like the bus routes are already implementing for  kingman. 

Anyone living in the valley needing transportation to or from the airport area could benefit from additional routes providing them more convenient means of transportation allowing more employment opportunities and economic stimulation. Currently I personally know of many people that could greatly benefit from this providing families in the areas with much needed means of transportation. 

I have talked to many people in the surrounding area and almost everyone agrees that this extension of routes expanding in these area would increase employment rates and allow for further economic stimulation from allowing the many individuals access to previously unattainable means of transportation, allowing new job opportunities and necessities from the newly accessible opportunies. Honestly I can't understand why this hasn't been proposed already or made a reality it would do nothing but benefit everyone.
