Emaswati were consultated in regards to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Following this our Constitution was founded based on the wishes of the majority of Emaswati.

Since then, the governing of our country has been in respect of this. The government has a duty of care to ensure this is protected as it is the pride and joy of Emaswati. Yes! as with everything there is always the minority opposing anything concerning the governing  of the Kingdom of Eswatini in the name of 'democracy'. In their eyes democracy is only there when things are done in their own ways not on the basis of the majority.

This Constitution we have was created based on the wishes of the majority of Emaswati. It was done freely without any pressure from our leadership with a lot of young people responsible for data collection to reduce biased-ness. I employ the Government of Eswatini to protect this right of the Emaswati who helped make the reality of having a Constitution for the Kingdom.
