Subject: Kind consideration of financial the problem of self-aided private technical & professional Institutes of Madhya Pradesh.

Honourable Sir ,
Association of Technical and professional Institutes of Madhya Pradesh is the apex body of all the private Technical and professional Institutes of Madhya Pradesh.
Sir ATPI expresses grave concern over the critical situation created by the spread of Corona Virus. We stand by the nation at this critical juncture and are ready to co-operate with the Government. Sir, under your leadership and I2T2 formula, we are confident that M.P will come over the COVID-19 problem shortly.
Sir the financial source of the private technical & professional institute is only tution fees receivable from students. Due to the present problem, none of the Student has paid the fee due to different government authority order not to collect the fee from students during lock down. Therefore the colleges have no funds to meet the day to day expenses.
It is most humbly requested to kindly consider our following few request:
(1) Scholarship amount of SC, ST, and OBC students may kindly be released as early as possible.
(2) Scholarship is credited to students account as Direct Beneficiary Transfer, it is requested that this time it may kindly be transferred to college account, so that colleges can pay salary of April/May.
(3) The Technical University of Madhya Pradesh (RGPV, Bhopal) & barkatullah university, bhopal may kindly be advised to not to take affiliation fee for the year 2020-21.
(4) All three Power Distribution Company of M.P may kindly be advised to not to charge fixed charges of Electricity bill and only actual unit consumption charges may be billed for the month of April, May & June 2020.
Sir, if these requests are considered the college will survive, otherwise, none of the colleges will survive and in coming 2 to 4 month about 100 colleges many be closed which may affect directly to more than 20000 families.
