Eugene Noh started this petition to king of Saudi Arabia

Nassima Al Sadah has worked to lift the ban on women driving and male guardianship law. She was born on August 13th of 1974 in Saudi Arabia. She was also one of the co-founders of the Al Adalah Center for Human Rights. She was imprisoned for fighting for women's rights, but she was also a human rights activist.

She and the other protesters made a lot of achievements. There are two important changes.

First, they gained the right for women to drive. Before this, women couldn't drive. But she was imprisoned after this event. Saudi Arabia was the only country to not let women drive until June of 2018. Their effort to make this change was high, and I hope it won't change any more.

Second, they lifted the law to go out with a male guardianship. Women were not let to go out without any male guardian including her father, and her husband. But again, Nassima and the other women's rights activists campaigned for the right to go out anytime anyhow they want. It happened 1 year later the ban on women's driving was lifted. But Nassima was in jail the whole time and even now. We wish she would come out of jail and could make more changes.

There are also rights that have been ignored. First, it is the right to be treated equally. This ignorance of this right is the reason she is protesting. Second, it is the right to be in prison unjustly. She did nothing that was wrong and was only helping the country grow. Lastly, society should help her and the other protesters but instead of that, they are trying to silence them.

We think that Nassima Al Sadah should be released. Please sign our petition in order to.
