Daycare workers often get forgotten as essential personnel. Most of us already don’t make enough to live off of and now.  We watch children of health care professionals, police and other essential workers. Everyday we are risking our health and our families health by coming to work in crowded classrooms. We are asking that the state of Iowa provides temporary hazard pay as long as we are allowed to remain open. We hope you understand how important of a role we play in this state of emergency and agree to compensate us for our sacrifice.
