A lawyer embodies values, sound judgment and a noble commitment to truth. Kim Kardashian is the antithesis of such ideals. She leads in deception and fraud in all that she does from overly photoshopping pictures, touting products including poor financial advice and cheap products to the detriment of society as a whole. 

What we condone, we allow. We cannot allow those that take advantage, circumvent justice, truth and honor to prevail. The legal system seeks that which is true, not perfect, just true. Kim Kardashian is a fraudulent act meant to deceive for the sake of financial gain with disregard to the negative impact on society, especially young women. Kim will even offer bad financial advice to gain, with many of her followers living paycheck to paycheck. Kim Kardashian does not think, understand or care of the ramifications of her actions, as she does not have the noble character of a lawyer hence getting fined by the SEC for her reckless actions for her own financial gain to the detriment of others.

Stop the circus act of Kim Kardashian being a "lawyer." She did not go to college! She did not go to law school! She is taking advantage of a baby bar option that allows a law firm to sponsor Kim, which Kim is paying for the opportunity! Stop this sham and protect lawyers who actually worked hard for what they earned and have character to pursue law. Letting Kim practice law disregards the very ideals lawyers aim to fight for everyday.
