We would like a swing set installed at our wonderful Kite Hill community playground for generations of Kite Hill children and grandchildren to enjoy.

Our current homeowners Board responded to our initial request with “let them take their kids somewhere else if they want to use a swing set”.  This from a Board and community with exceptional resources, land, budget and strong family minded residents.  We have overwhelmingly exceptional facilities, some say world class, to include rarely used baseball and soccer fields, two sand volleyball courts, and numerous tennis courts.  We are spending money to replace a parking lot, and other features in the next few months to include our aged infrastructure and pool area, as we all know.

Can we not find the money, desire and compassion from our Board to invest in our children, grandchildren and future residents by installing just 4 swings that will be used now during Covid, and for years to come?

With your voices we can insure our Board will hear our request and hopefully take action on our behalf, or at least substantiate why this isn’t a good idea for our community.  We are not looking to increase our insurance or HOA dues, and we are told this minor investment won’t affect either.
