I think you should be able to wear hats in school since people can wear sharp objects around their body that can cause harm and a distraction to fellow students. Hats aren’t  a distraction as they are sitting on your head untouched. However, sharp object wore around your neck, wrist, and other parts of the human body are a distraction due to others worrying about putting their life in danger. For example, if someone falls, the sharp object may impact someone else’s body or injury the person body that is wearing the object. Another example of putting someone’s life in danger is if they accidentally bump into a person and struck the place where the sharp object is located… For example, Spike Dog Collars, they are wore around the wrist and neck of students on a daily basis. Easily impacting the life of the student or another student. Hats cause no harm to another persons life or a distraction to other students. Hats are more of a distraction if kids carry them around in their hands then on their heads. This is why i think hats should be worn in school.
